Good Night's Rest

This is usually the season when I get a permanent stuffy nose when I go to sleep.
I don't know why it's always this time, but I just can't breathe when I lay down.
So last night, I knew I wasn't going to sleep well unless I did something about my nose.
Usually I get those nose strips but I didn't have any.
I went to my doTERRA oils and found my Breathe.
It's a oil blend of
laurel leaf,
peppermint,
eucalyptus,
melaleuca,
lemon
and ravensara.

Breathe "cleanses and soothes the
airways and can easily be applied topically
to the chest, back or bottom of feet."

I let my neighbor borrow this oil a few weeks ago for her 11moth old son.
He had been sick with ear infections and
wasn't sleeping well.
I lent her my diffuser and she diffused the oil
in his room at night.
He slept so well and
was doing so much better.
I'm glad to have helped them.
They are wonderful friends and
I hate to see little kids suffering from sickness
longer than they need to.
Breathe has specific oils that
help you get better faster.

I slept well last night.
I could breathe last night.

A Trip to Soda Springs and A Wedding

One of my favorite things about going to Idaho is being able to look at the beauty of the earth.

The clouds were perfect and beautiful

This is a view from Tyson's grandparent's house.

We had Wingers in Brigham City Friday night on the way.

Saturday we drove to Logan to see Tyson's cousin get married for time and all eternity.
It was such a great ceremony.

We had lunch at Texas Roadhouse before heading back to Idaho.
The ribs are AWESOME!

Back in little Soda, we played Dump with his mom and aunt and then played tennis.
By the time we finished it was dinner time.  And in Soda you can choose from Subway, A&W and Taco Time, or Arctic Circle.  We chose......

Arctic Circle

Then we went back to Tyson's grandma's and drove home Sunday morning.
It was a pretty fun trip.  The best part, though, is the kids stayed home.  We were like newlyweds all over again.  I slept the whole night both nights and no one sat in my lap while I tried to eat.  It was a very needed break.

Summer = Watermelon

We love watermelon in the summer.  Yesterday I didn't feel like cutting the rest, so we had a little picnic in the living room.

Cheese!!

Cheese!!

Cheese!!(with a mouth full of watermelon)

So fun!!  Sometimes you just have to make a bit of a mess.
